Monadelphous Group is seeking a Paint and Blast Supervisor for our North West operations in Port Hedland to lead welding and coating crews on major iron ore sites. You will plan, supervise and conduct high-risk shutdown and maintenance works on fixed plant assets, ensuring safety and client specifications.
You will develop JHAs, SWIs and permits, coordinate shutdown activities and mentor in office teams while maintaining a robust safety culture in a dynamic mining environment.
