WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

This is a hands‑on creative role with a strong focus on graphic design, content design and organic social media. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging assets that bring the brand to life, strengthen our online presence and connect with our audience.

You will be creating branded graphics, social media posts, carousels, stories, promotional assets and digital content, ensuring everything is visually consistent and aligned with the brand's aesthetic. You'll also play a key role in planning, scheduling and publishing organic social content, helping keep our social channels active, engaging and on brand.

Working closely with the wider team, you will turn ideas, treatments, campaigns and brand messaging into compelling visual content that resonates with our audience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Designing graphics, social posts, carousels, stories and branded marketing assets




- Creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms
- Planning, scheduling and publishing organic social media posts
- Developing content calendars to ensure consistent posting and a strong social presence
- Creating promotional graphics and campaign assets for treatments, services and brand activity
- Maintaining brand consistency across all visual and digital content
- Keeping up with social media trends, formats and creative approaches to inform content ideas
- Capturing and editing photography and short‑form video content where needed
- Collaborating with the team to develop creative ideas that support brand awareness and audience engagement

YOU WILL NEED...

- 6 months+ of experience in graphic design, content design, social media or a similar creative role
- A robust portfolio showcasing graphic design, branded content and social media creative
- Experience designing social media assets, including posts, stories and carousels
- Experience with organic social media management, including content planning, scheduling and publishing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools
- A strong eye for typography, layout, colour, branding and visual consistency
- An understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends
- Creative flair and the ability to turn ideas into polished, engaging visual content
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage content calendars and multiple projects
- An interest in beauty, skincare and aesthetics
