Position Overview

Due to our continued growth, Licences 4 Work is seeking an experienced Confined Space, Gas Testing and Heights Trainer Assessor based in Coopers Plains, QLD to join our team on a full‑time basis.

This role involves delivering training and assessment for a range of nationally recognised courses, including the following units:

- RIIWHS204E – Work Safely at Heights
- RIIWHS202E - Enter and Work in Confined Spaces
- MSMWHS217 - Gas Test Atmospheres

Whether you're an established trainer or an experienced industry individual ready to step into training, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, industry‑relevant training and assessment.
- Ensure all training meets industry standards, safety regulations, and RTO compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records and documentation.




- Keep current with industry trends, equipment updates, and best practices.
- Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home.

Requirements

- Hold the required qualifications listed above, with additional qualifications highly regarded.
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated industry experience and the ability to provide currency.
- Experience in delivering courses in training environment
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
