We are seeking an experienced HCM PMO Lead to drive the Program Management Office function for a large-scale technology-enabled transformation program. PMO Lead - SAP / HCM

Location: Macquarie Park, NSW ( Hybrid )
Rate: $1,200 - $1,250 + Super per day
Contract: Until 30 June 2027 (possible extension)
Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the PMO team.
- Provide strategic and tactical PMO advice to senior program leadership.
- Implement and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
- Drive governance, reporting, scheduling, quality management, risk and issue management frameworks.
- Manage program reporting and executive communications.




- Oversee PMO services and support successful program delivery.
- Lead quality assurance processes and work closely with independent assurance providers.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and documentation for key stakeholders.

Primary Skill

- 5+ years' experience leading a PMO within a large, multi-year technology transformation program.
- Experience managing teams comprising employees, contractors, and third-party vendors.
- Strong program governance, planning, reporting, risk, and quality management expertise.
- The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Office 365 experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.
- Experience within Government or a highly regulated workplace will be advantageous.
