Richmind WA is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to support the MH Connext community outreach service. The role focuses on person-centred, recovery-oriented mental health care for adults with complex needs, including co-occurring substance use issues.

You will assess, coordinate care and connect clients to supports in their communities. The position welcomes applicants from nursing, OT or social work backgrounds with solid assessment and risk management skills.
