BIG4 Noosa North Shore Retreat, part of The Park Lane Group, is seeking a passionate senior chef to lead kitchen operations alongside the Executive team. You will deliver exceptional meals across our café, bistro, school camps and events, ensuring high standards and a collaborative team culture.
Candidate must hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, bring fast-paced kitchen experience, robust food safety knowledge and be able to work a rotating roster including school holidays.
