Stage 1 was a success, now they're back for Stage 2.

A privately owned mid-tier builder has just been re-engaged to deliver stage two of an Education project. You will work under a very experienced Site Manager who will teach you what he knows, and the business has already flagged this as a direct path into Site Management.

This is western Brisbane, so the commute from the coast will wear you down if you are based too far north or east.

What you get:

- The program is genuinely Monday to Friday because the builder actively tenders to protect a five-day week.
- You will supervise the full trade cycle on a two x three-storey structural education buildings, not just concrete or fitout.
- Stage 2 starts early 2027, so this is a project to run from the outset
- Utilise the extensive internal & external training this builder provides to help you grow and develop your career

What you need:

- Three years as a Foreman or Supervisor on education or commercial projects
- Structural background and working knowledge of building codes and methodologies
- Track record managing quality, safety, cost and time on mid-tier projects
