Theo Poulos Real Estate has been owned and operated by the Poulos family since 1960. We specialise in Residential Sales & Property Management, Commercial Sales & Leasing and Business Sales. This is a rare prospect to join an agency willing to give you the support you need to succeed!

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct open homes and private inspections
- Respond to rental enquiries
- Prepare properties for online advertising
- Manage lease preparation and signups




- Complete ingoing and outgoing condition reports
- Conduct routine inspections
- Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants and trades
- Support the property management team with various tasks

Required Skills & Experience

- Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-5pm
- Full on the job training provided – no previous Real Estate experience necessary
- High attention to detail and outstanding organisation and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Drivers Licence and well maintained car
- Current Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
