Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead clinical services in our Newcastle aged care service. You will develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans, conduct clinical assessments, and liaise with medical teams and families to advocate for residents' quality of life.

You will supervise Personal Care Workers and apply holistic care with robust clinical decision-making. Graduate transitions and ongoing development are supported within our caring community.
