Big4Bank is seeking a Fraud & Scams Officer in Parramatta, NSW, on a 12-month contract. The role handles high-volume calls to detect and mitigate fraud, monitor alerts, and assist customers with investigations. The position offers $45 per hour plus super and overtime, with 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM shifts and potential hybrid work after probation.

You will collaborate with Risk, Legal and Branch teams to secure accounts while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer service excellence.
