An internationally recognised architecture studio is seeking a talented recent Associate to join their Brisbane team, taking a leading and studio-shaping role across major mixed projects!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale mixed-use, retail and multi-residential projects
- Oversee design development, documentation and project delivery
- Manage client relationships and consultant coordination
- Mentor and guide architects and graduates
- Contribute to studio operations and project resourcing
- Support business development and new project opportunities
Skills & Experience
- Registered Architect operating at Associate level, or very close to stepping up in their career
- Demonstrated background in retail,
mixed-use or multi-residential projects
- Revit proficiency with sound NCC knowledge
- Positively-minded and proactive leadership style, with experience in managing a small team
- Confident client-facing with strong commercial awareness
