An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Strata Manager to join a well-established boutique strata management agency in the Inner East. Offering a manageable portfolio, 2–3 days WFH, a dedicated assistant and excellent career development opportunities, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your strata career!

The Role:

- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 600 lots.
- Prepare for, attend and chair AGMs, Executive Committee meetings and other meetings.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, levy invoicing and arrears management.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Manage by-law enforcement, notices, orders and certificates.
- Build strong relationships with owners, committees and key stakeholders.

About You:

- Previous experience managing a strata portfolio.




- Current Class 1 or Class 2 Strata Management Licence.
- Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation and industry best practice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident problem-solver with strong conflict-resolution skills.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and accountable.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and emotional intelligence, with confidence handling difficult conversations.
- A collaborative team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
