About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager to lead our Toowoomba operations while overseeing Roma and our regional agent network across Western Queensland.

Reporting to our COO, you will drive operational and financial performance, support and develop employees, maintain strong relationships with regional agents, and ensure consistent customer service standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role offering variety, autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of our regional operations. Periodic regional travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day Toowoomba operations and oversee the performance of Roma and regional agents.
- Manage and support our regional agent network, building strong working relationships and ensuring operational standards are maintained.
- Drive revenue growth, fleet utilisation, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead,



coach and develop employees to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, operational costs and business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, operational improvements and stronger regional performance.
- Undertake periodic travel to regional locations and agents as required.

What You'll Bring

- Proven management experience, ideally within the automotive, rental, tourism or service industries.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop employees.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including working with regional business partners.
- Sound commercial awareness and the ability to manage financial and operational performance.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A proactive, adaptable and results-driven approach.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to undertake regional travel.
