About the Job
There is an exciting opportunity within the Asset Operationsteam for a Grader Operator - Rural Maintenance, this position is todeliver high standard roads and infrastructure to the residents ofthe Shire of Esperance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Undertake construction grading operations.
- Perform work with limited supervision and direction.
- Lead and provide direction to a small team of employeesand/or contractors monitoring the quality and standard ofwork.
This is a permanent full time position, working 99 hours perfortnight.
About you
In order to succeed and thrive in this position, you musthave:
- ‘HR’ class driver’s license.
- Minimum three years continuous and competent experienceoperating grader.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in road construction /maintenance or earthmoving environment.

Annual Income: $128,021.57 (includingovertime)

- 5 weeks annual leave per year
- One Rostered Day Off (RDO) every second friday.
