OVERVIEW UTS College is seeking a Dean to lead the Education portfolio in Sydney, Recent South Wales. The institution is a leader in pathway education and provides pathways to the University of Technology Sydney through a broad range of academic programs and international partnerships. This role focuses on leadership across learning and teaching, quality assurance, student experience, student support, and transnational education delivery. The position requires senior higher education leadership experience across international and domestic environments. The Dean will work closely with stakeholders and support the continued development of education programs and partnerships across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the Education portfolio
- Oversee learning and teaching activities
- Oversee quality assurance functions
- Support and enhance student experience
- Oversee student support services
- Lead transnational education delivery
- Provide strategic leadership across the portfolio
- Develop partnerships with overseas institutions
- Collaborate with University of Technology Sydney stakeholders

Requirements

- Senior higher education leadership experience




- Experience across international and domestic education environments
- Ideally have experience in pathway education
- Ability to support partnership development with overseas institutions
