At Cater Care, we proudly operate the Red Rooster outlet at Brisbane Domestic Airport. We’re looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager who loves leading people, delivering great customer experiences and making every day count.

Job Description

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead the team and take ownership of restaurant performance, ensuring great food, outstanding service and high standards of quality and safety. You’ll drive sales,



manage costs, develop your crew and create a positive culture where everyone can thrive.

Desired Skills and Experience

You’ll have proven hospitality management experience, strong leadership skills and a hands‑on approach. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, understand the importance of commercial performance and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Availability to work a Monday–Sunday variable roster and a current driver’s licence are required. Knowledge of employee relations and applicable employment awards will be highly regarded.
