This is an opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager to take on a senior finance leadership role where you will work closely with the Plant Manager and operational stakeholders, providing commercial insight and financial leadership to support the site's performance and strategic direction. Your new roleAs a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the manufacturing site and will be a key business partner to the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team. Your responsibilities will include:Providing financial insight across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, engineering, HR and production planningPartnering with the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team to review performance and support the site's strategic directionInfluencing and advising senior stakeholders on financial and operational decisionsLeading the monthly site accounting close, reporting, financial analysis and forecastingLeading and developing the site finance teamOverseeing standard product costing, including new product development, variants, line extensions and trialsManaging annual budgets and monthly forecastingProviding financial control, advice and support to key stakeholdersManaging CAPEX planning, project approval documentation, forecasting and reportingEnsuring the financial control,
