THE ROLE

You’ll be on the floor of our Islington showroom, selling motorcycles, accessories and finance to customers who are engaged, enthusiastic and ready to buy. You’ll have the products, the systems and the team behind you to genuinely win.

Day to day, you’ll be:

Turning first enquiries into lifelong customers, from the handshake to the handover and well beyond

Delivering the best motorcycle-buying experience in the Hunter, every customer, every time

Owning your pipeline with our in-house lead management software, no lead left behind

Smashing (and then raising) your targets across new and used units, accessories and finance

Knowing our full brand range inside out, and using it to guide customers to the right ride

Completing contracts and handover paperwork accurately and to standard





Adding to a showroom culture that’s professional, high-energy and genuinely good to be part of

ABOUT YOU

You ride. You sell. You love people. And you want more.

You’re a proven closer who doesn’t need to be told twice, because you know great sales is built on outstanding relationships, not pressure, and you’ve got the numbers to prove it. You’re organised enough to run a pipeline, sharp enough to close, and so passionate about bikes that your enthusiasm is contagious.

You’ll bring:

2–3+ years of sales experience (essential)

A track record of hitting and beating targets

Exceptional customer service and sharp professional presentation

current unrestricted motorcycle licence and the ability to safely ride and move bikes (essential)

Strong written and verbal communication

Confidence with CRM / lead management systems and Microsoft Office

High attention to detail — contracts and paperwork done right, first time

Real knowledge of, and passion for, motorcycles and powersports

Nice to have (but not dealbreakers)

An existing network of riders and enthusiasts across the Hunter
