We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, has great communication skills and is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for our patients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for casual work, with approximately 2–3 days per week.
Job Description
This is a varied position where you’ll support both the clinical and front-office teams to keep the practice running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting dentists and clinicians during dental procedures.
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising dental instruments.
- Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional experience.
- Managing appointments, answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
- Supporting patient bookings, recalls and general reception administration.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Helping maintain a clean,
organised and welcoming practice.
Qualifications
- Has dental assisting and/or reception experience, ideally within a dental practice.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
- Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient care.
- Is flexible and available to work 2–3 days per week.
