What You Will Be Doing

- Induction planning and preparation
- Induction support – induction portal management, contact company reps company representatives




- Induction support for facilitator for inductions (6:30am- 4:30pm on Tuesday)
- Document verification including paperwork is complete and signed off as part of compliance checksScanning, uploading from induction
- Email and verbal communication with stakeholders
- Monitor Capcoal training inbox for induction request / changes / movements
