Talent International is recruiting for an EL2 Senior Enterprise Workforce Planning Specialist to support a Federal Government client at NDIA NSW locations. This 12-month contract role offers a daily rate of 754.20 AUD + Super and a 38-hour week.

You will lead enterprise workforce planning, align workforce and financial data, and provide transparent advice to senior leaders on priorities, risks and actions. This role involves stakeholder engagement and governance development.
