We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist in the fast-paced Distribution Centre in Kemps Creek. This is a full-time, onsite position, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, own transport is required. This hands-on role involves working in a Customer Service Team, who display care and understanding for their customers, whilst problem solving various inquiries daily. Our focus is on providing exceptional customer service, communication and troubleshooting always.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with telephone and email enquiries related to sales, inventory, orders and deliveries
- Identify the needs of our customers, even before they do
- Think on your feet to find a solution-based outcome
- Using our CRM (HARMONiQ) to answer a variety of web based and email enquiries
- Monitoring and coordinating the movement of product orders via freight partners
- Liaising with warehouse personnel and onsite support teams and management
- Produce sales orders, invoices, return authorisations and credit processing
- Assisting on daily manifests
- Physical stock checking and counting – must be confident and independent within the warehouse space
- Coordinate special requests from our customers and internal stakeholders

About you

- Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing a high level of customer service via email, phone and in person
- A willingness to be hands on, with a "can do" attitude
- Ability to problem solve in real time
- Time management skills (ability to prioritise)
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to multitask
- High level of literacy and numeracy skills
- Valid Australian work rights are required for this position
