GDX Rendering Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Solid Plasterer (Renderer) to join our team in Sydney, NSW. The role is full time, 38 hours per week, based in Sydney with projects primarily across the Northern Beaches and surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for internal and external rendering.
- Apply cement-based and acrylic rendering systems.
- Perform traditional rendering, float finishes, sponge finishes and textured coatings.
- Install and apply reinforcement mesh, corner beads and rendering accessories.
- Carry out surface preparation, repairs and finishing works.
- Apply specialised decorative finishes where required.
- Read project specifications and coordinate with builders and other trades.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and workplace safety.
About you
- Relevant qualification in Solid Plastering or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience in residential construction and renovation projects.
- Knowledge of cement and acrylic rendering systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Current Australian driver's licence preferred.
