Sunnyfield’s Community Hub in McCabe is hiring a Disability Support Worker to join a supportive team and play a vital role in delivering personalised support that helps participants live with independence.
The role includes assisting with personal care, supporting social activities and skill development, and maintaining accurate records. Rosters run 7am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with a focus on protected, person-centred care.
