This is a specialist role for someone who already speaks the language of property investors and wants to be paid properly for being the best at what they do.

$70,000 base salary + superannuation (paid on top)

Uncapped commission: every quality booking puts money in your pocket

You'll work a steady pipeline of warm leads from investors who have already put their hand up to build wealth through property. No cold calling. Your job is to connect, qualify and book.

Fresh warm leads every day, so you're on the phones from the first minute

Build genuine rapport fast and uncover each investor's goals, timeline and motivation

Qualify prospects on income, existing commitments, equity and deposit position

Recognise whether a prospect is likely to have the borrowing capacity and serviceability to move forward

Own your daily and weekly KPIs, including bookings and show rates

100% phone-based, office-based role

Proven experience in appointment setting or sales within property investment, mortgage broking or a closely related industry (essential)

A solid working knowledge of borrowing capacity and what drives it

A practical understanding of serviceability, enough to separate a ready investor from one who isn't there yet

Elite rapport-building skills. People trust you within the first minute

A track record of hitting or beating booking and show-rate targets

Confidence handling objections and steering the conversation

Self-motivation and accountability. You bring the drive, we'll bring the leads

Half-day Fridays, every single week

Full training on our investment offering, process and systems
