Harbour At Home in Current South Wales is seeking qualified Personal Care/Support Workers to help older people live independently in their own homes across Grafton, Lawrence, Maclean and Townsend.
You will provide personal care and social support with empathy, building genuine relationships while helping clients stay connected and comfortable at home. You’ll work independently, yet stay connected with the Harbour At Home team for support and guidance.
