Our Reach:

Our geographical footprint spans from Foster in NSW to Noosaville in QLD. We serve diverse communities and work tirelessly to provide excellent customer service and personalised advice to participants.

This role will bebased at our Coffs Harbour site full-time (working also from our Woolgoolga site) on a 72 hour, 9-day fortnight, Monday to Friday - no weekends.

Employment Advisers within the Business Liaison Team engage with employers to create and source suitable employment opportunities for our participants. Specific duties include:

Employer Engagement & Job Creation:

Assist local employers and participants through:

- Creating and sourcing job opportunities from local employers to match with the skills and experience of participants
- Reverse marketing participants to local employers
- Supporting participants and employers through the recruitment process
- Providing advice and training regarding job search skills and techniques
- Accessing appropriate resources for participants

Stakeholder Engagement:





- Build and develop existing and new partnerships with relevant stakeholders and employers
- Assess and advise stakeholders & employers on a wide range of commercial proposals including activities, incentives and advantages related to the provision of TURSA’s services

Although previous experience inEmployment Servicesis an advantage, it is not essential.
