You will manage enquiries from first contact through quotation and sampling, producing cost estimates and turning quotations into orders while liaising with design, production and suppliers.
You will use bespoke costing software, maintain CRM accuracy, and ensure negotiations align with trading terms and ISO 9001 processes.
