THE TRUSTEE FOR ZAM SUTH UNIT TRUST is seeking an experienced Retail Area Manager to oversee 2–3 restaurant locations across Sutherland (NSW) and Cronulla, with responsibility for Majura Park (ACT). You will lead restaurant managers and teams, driving profitability and ensuring policy and safety compliance.
Reporting to the Franchise Partner, you will manage budgeting, forecasting, rostering, and local promotions while fostering a high-performing workplace culture.
