CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a two-person engineering team on site, delivering planned and reactive maintenance while supporting Site Facilities Management to ensure contract compliance.

You will hold an Electrical licence, have hands-on experience with FCUs/VAVs, and be proficient with CMMS/CAFМ systems. Robust organisational and communication skills are essential to coordinate subcontractors, manage safety, and maintain documentation.
