Love being out with customers, building relationships and making a territory your own?

We’re recruiting an Account Manager for a busy global business with an established customer base and a growing product range. You’ll look after customers across Brisbane and surrounding areas, with regular trips north to locations including Townsville and Cairns.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the rhythm of territory sales: planning your visits, having useful conversations with customers and following through. You’ll inherit an established portfolio, with the drive and freedom to find new opportunities within it.

What you’ll do

- Build strong relationships with retailers and other customers across your territory.
- Grow existing accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
- Introduce new products, promotions and merchandising initiatives.
- Provide practical product guidance and help resolve customer issues.
- Plan your Brisbane visits and regular North Queensland trips around customer needs.
- Keep your CRM current,



track opportunities and provide clear activity reporting.
- Share customer feedback and competitor insights with the wider business.

What you’ll bring

- You may come from hardware, flooring, plumbing supplies, building products, trade distribution or a similar sales environment. You’ll have experience managing customer accounts or a territory, and you’ll enjoy being the person customers call when they need help.
- You’re organised, comfortable using a CRM and happy to travel. Most of all, you bring the energy to stay close to your customers and the commercial instinct to spot where the business can grow.
