We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate ICT Officer to join our team and begin building a successful career in information technology. Working directly with our ICT Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, cyber security, networking, communications systems, and business applications while supporting teams across our growing organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone in the early stages of their ICT career to develop practical industry experience in a supportive environment with genuine long-term career pathways.

About the Role:

Reporting to the ICT Manager, you will assist in providing day-to-day ICT services across the organisation while supporting the administration, maintenance, and continual improvement of our technology environment.

This hands-on role provides exposure to a wide variety of technologies and business systems, supporting both office-based employees and project teams. You'll gain practical experience across ICT support, systems administration, cloud technologies, cyber security, and ICT operations while working alongside an experienced mentor.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assist employees across the organisation with technology and business system requirements.
- Configure and deploy computers, laptops, mobile phones,



and other ICT equipment.
- Assist users with hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and business applications.
- Assist with user account administration and access management.
- Monitor system performance and assist with routine maintenance activities.
- Participate in cyber security, backup, and business continuity processes.
- Maintain ICT documentation, asset records, and system information.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service providers as required.
- Assist with ICT projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to learn and develop within a supportive team environment.

Recent graduates and applicants in the early stages of their ICT career are encouraged to apply.

You’ll ideally have:

- A qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related discipline, or currently completing relevant studies.
- A genuine passion for technology and a desire to build a successful career in ICT.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and embrace recent challenges.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Current Queensland C Class Driver's Licence.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networking fundamentals, or cyber security principles will be highly regarded but is not essential.
