Charterhouse is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition specialist to drive recruitment design within a Workday program in North Sydney. You will ensure policy, governance and enterprise agreements are reflected in end-to-end recruitment processes.

You’ll lead workshops, translate business needs into Workday Core HCM requirements, and shape solution options to support standardised processes and future delivery. Robust stakeholder influence is essential.
