About the Role

As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of the Mocka brand and play a key role in creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience for our customers.

You will:

- Deliver friendly, genuine and knowledgeable customer service

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and help them find the right products





- Support sales targets through confident and consultative selling

- Maintain a well-presented, trading-ready store setting

- Assist with stock receiving, replenishment and inventory tasks

- Merchandise products and help create inspiring displays

- Process transactions efficiently through the POS system

- Support promotional activity, floor moves and seasonal updates

- Work collaboratively with the broader store team to achieve shared goals

About You

You're passionate about customer service and enjoy being part of a team that creates memorable shopping experiences.

You'll bring:

- A genuine passion for helping customers

- Friendly, confident and approachable communication skills

- A positive attitude and strong team mindset

- Reliability and flexibility, including availability on weekends and during peak trading periods

- The ability to take initiative and work independently when required

Previous retail or customer-facing experience is highly regarded, but not essential. An interest in furniture, homewares, interiors or styling will set you apart.
