Job Description

- Lead a high-performing billing team, ensuring critical processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, systems enhancements and operational best practice across the function.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery, streamline workflows and support business objectives.
- Oversee billing, receipting, reconciliations and revenue-related activities within a complex operational setting.
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a positive, collaborative and customer-focused culture.
- Support business change initiatives, including process transformation and system improvement projects.

- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume operational environment
- Strong systems capability and confidence working with complex platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
