Are you a caring, cutting-edge, passionate and qualified RoomLeader/Lead Educator,



looking to become part of a dynamic,collegial dedicated team? We are seeking an exceptional educator tojoin our thriving Koolangka Learning Education and Care Centre. Bea part of a centre where our children learn through outdoor play,connection with nature and a strong sense of belonging to the widerschool community, all on one shared campus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and run creative, new vacation care programs duringall school holiday periods.
- Develop educational programs and practices.
- Ensure children’s health and safety.
- Develop supportive relationships with children.
- Form collaborative partnerships with families andcommunities.
- Provide leadership role to Assistant Educators within theservice.
- Availability to work after school times along withfull-time work over school holiday periods.

Essential Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (orequivalent).
- Valid Working with Children card, or willingness toobtain.
- Previous experience and knowledge of the Early YearsFramework.

Relevant qualification and experiences will be accepted.

Salary: Based on relevant qualification andyears of relevant experience.
