Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock in a specialist area. You will lead a 20+ team, train staff for Best Experience, and collaborate with Operations leadership to ensure outstanding customer service and optimal stock levels.

You will drive service excellence, manage rostering, monitor KPI performance, and uphold safety standards while opening/closing the store on a rotating schedule. A solid retail background is essential.
