We have a current project kicking off in Rockhampton for some minor Civil Works. You will be a part of a small crew - hence the need for Labourers who can also jump into a tipper or water truck as necessary.

You will be part of a small, tight‑kit crew, so a positive attitude and willingness to support your teammates is just as important as your licence and experience.

- Operating MR water truck for dust suppression and site water management
- Operator a Tipper for earthworks and import of fill
- Setting up and installing temporary fencing and site establishment works
- Spotting and assisting machines during trenching operations
- Shovel work and general site labouring as required
- Following site safety procedures and SWMS at all times

- Operator a Tipper for earthworks and import of fill
- Setting up and installing temporary fencing and site establishment works
- Spotting and assisting machines during trenching operations
- Shovel work and general site labouring as required
- Following site safety procedures and SWMS at all times

What you will need

- Current MR (Medium Rigid) licence or higher — mandatory
- Construction White Card (General Induction)
- Willingness to labour — this is a dual role, not drive‑only
- Experience or confidence spotting excavators and trenching machines
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor, hands‑on work
- Reliable transport to site (Rockhampton)
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol screen (Random Site Testing)

- Travel allowance on top of your hourly rate
