Ready to keep our stock moving? We're expanding across Sydney with recent showrooms in Alexandria, Parramatta, and Hornsby, representing four leading EV brands: Chery, GAC, Leapmotor, and Zeekr.

We're looking for a detail-focused Stock Controller to join our team. You'll play a key role in managing daily vehicle stock movements, registrations and associated documentation across our showrooms. This is a hands-on role that requires strong coordination, accurate record-keeping and close collaboration with Sales, Delivery and internal teams. Full training and support provided.

What you'll be doing

- Oversee daily vehicle stock movements, including arrivals, transfers and allocations
- Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and keep internal systems up to date
- Coordinate vehicle registrations and associated documentation
- Liaise with VicRoads and internal stakeholders on all registration matters
- Prepare, review and lodge registration documents
- Monitor registration progress and follow up on outstanding items
- Work closely with Sales, Delivery and other teams to ensure vehicles are delivery-ready
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle status, stock levels and registration details




- Provide general administrative support across stock and registration functions

What we're looking for

- Experience in an automotive dealership, vehicle registration or stock control environment highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills
- Sound knowledge of vehicle registration processes advantageous
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
