The Local Guys are seeking a People Lead in Australia to own our team, franchise partner training, and day-to-day operations of our Support Centre. You will work with leadership to ensure the right people in the right roles and that the team performs at its best.

This hands-on role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, training, and creating effective processes, with travel to NZ training sessions and Australia as needed.
