About Peff Cabinets Peff Cabinets is a local, family-owned cabinetry business incorporating a stone benchtop shed in Rockhampton, Central Queensland. We specialise in high-quality residential kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, and custom joinery.

Position Description – STONE MASON

What you’ll be doing: Manufacture and installation of stone (engineered & natural) benchtops Operation of machines used in manufacture of tops, including: bridge saw, CNC & polisher

Polishing & finishing stone benchtops Joining stone benchtops Reading and interpreting plans and technical drawings

Problem solving on site and completing work to a high standard Communicating professionally with colleagues, clients and other tradespeople Maintaining safe and tidy work practices





What we’re looking for: Proven experience in the manufacture and installation of stone benchtops Strong understanding of both engineered and natural stones

Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Professional, reliable and safety-focused attitude Ability to read plans, apply plan detail to site installation

Ability to “seal/cork off” to ensure a clean finish Physically fit and able for the physicality of installation Drivers’ licence valued
