Fleet Sales Manager | Geely Sydney City | Sydney City VW | Sydney City Skoda

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fleet Sales Manager to join the team at Sydney City Geely, Sydney City Volkswagen, and Sydney City ŠKODA. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving fleet sales growth across our multi-franchise dealership network. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate and fleet clients, identifying current business opportunities, and maximising revenue from the fleet segment. This position is integral to our business objectives and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales performance and market presence in the Sydney metropolitan area.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate fleet managers, leasing companies, and business clients

Identify and pursue new fleet sales opportunities through proactive business development and networking activities

Prepare and present competitive fleet quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements

Negotiate fleet deals and pricing to achieve sales targets whilst maintaining healthy profit margins

Manage the entire fleet sales cycle from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery and post-sale support

Coordinate with the finance and admin teams to ensure smooth processing of fleet orders and documentation

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge

Achieve monthly and quarterly fleet sales targets and KPIs

Provide exceptional customer service and support to fleet clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with broader dealership objectives and brand strategies

What we're looking for

Proven experience in fleet sales,



commercial vehicle sales, or B2B automotive sales in a dealership or similar environment

Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients

Demonstrated experience in developing new business relationships and client account management

Sound knowledge of fleet management, leasing arrangements, and corporate vehicle procurement processes

Proficiency with TITAN, and Microsoft Office applications

Full current Australian driver's licence

Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry

Experience operating within a multi-franchise dealership and with Geely, Volkswagen or ŠKODA brands would be highly advantageous

Weekday RDO

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
