Westfund Health Insurance is seeking a senior HR leader to take on the HR Manager role, overseeing HR operations for ~240 people across NSW and QLD with a hybrid work model. You will lead a team of five and report to the Chief People Officer, handling employee relations, payroll, contracts and recruitment while driving practical People & Culture outcomes.
You will contribute to strategy with the CPO, delivering sound advice, well-run processes and supportive leadership for managers and staff.
