Unisson Disability is seeking a Client Liaison Coordinator on a 12-month max term contract to support clients in renewing their Service Agreements and Schedules of Support.

You will work closely with clients, families and stakeholders to ensure services align with funding and individual goals, review NDIS plans, and coordinate renewal meetings while maintaining accurate documentation across systems.
