BHP Group is seeking a Principal CPPM to lead Enterprise Mining Probabilistics for the Brisbane region. This role reports to the Superintendent Integrated Planning and focuses on CPPM routines, governance, and coaching across major coal operations in Queensland.
The successful candidate will have an engineering degree (mining preferred) and extensive open-cut coal mining experience, with solid systems thinking, problem solving, and data-analytic capabilities to drive improvements and safe
