About the role:
Phone and Email enquiries
Ingoing and Outgoing Inspections
Routine Inspections
Negotiating lease renewals and rental increases
Preparation of lease and bond documents
Open Houses, tenant inspections and private inspections
Tenant selection and processing applications
About You:
Must have a Certificate of Registration
A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
High Level of personal and professional presentation
Be reliable, honest, and trustworthy
Competent with Microsoft Office
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
You need a Drivers License and Car (allowance provided)
Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week
