Benchmark Physiotherapy is seeking a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist for its Rosebery clinic. This permanent part time role (approx. 25 hours per week) supports reception, bookings and billing in a busy physiotherapy practice.
You will greet clients, manage calls, handle patient details in Nookal, take EFTPOS/HICAPS payments, and liaise with insurers and Medicare, while assisting clinicians to deliver patient-centered care.
