Easter n Health is seeking a Mental Health Clinician (preferably a Registered Psychiatric Nurse) for the Homeless Outreach Team (EHOPS) on a short-term part time basis. The role covers extended leave with flexible outreach to adults experiencing homelessness and complex mental health needs.

You will work in a multidisciplinary EHOPS setting, delivering assessment, intensive case management and recovery-focused outreach to improve outcomes and community integration.
