Open 7 days with bars, restaurant, function rooms and gaming on offer to patrons.

With our multi-million-dollar renovations completed,the hotel entails numerous facets of food and beverage operations. Inclusive of day-to-day restaurant lunch and dinner service, corporate, large scale live music events and cocktail & seated functions. .

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Excellent customer service – building a strong and positive relationship with customers




- Oversee and supervise bar staff
- A minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role
- Solid experience in a similar role /venue
- Proven ability to manage service, safety, and security
- Highly organized and effective time management
- Current RSA and RSG Certificates
- Knowledge and experience of Gaming & TAB
- Understanding of current Liquor and Gaming Regulations
- Productive use of POS (Point of Sale) system including end of day reporting
- Stock take, stock control and ordering experience
- Duty managers are on a rotating roster - must be able to work weekends
