Southern Cross Community Healthcare in Oakville NSW is seeking motivated, caring individuals to provide in-home aged care support and help clients maintain independence.

You will assist with personal care, medication administration, domestic tasks, meal prep and community participation, with adaptable 2–3 hour shifts.

NDIS clearance and First Aid are mandatory or willing to obtain; a driver's license and car are preferred.
